- Log in to Jenkins as an Admin → click Manage Jenkins.
- Scroll down and select System Log.
- Click Add new Log Recorder → name it 2FaLogs.
- Add this logger: io.jenkins.plugins.twofactor → set Level to FINE.
- Save your settings.
- Reproduce the 2FA issue in another browser/private window.
- Return to System Log, open 2FaLogs, and copy the logs.
- Paste them into a text/Word file and email us at info@xecurify.com.
